Swimming is one of the famous sports on the globe. Swimming sport is also good for exercise in our health. In this exercise, we must know how to swim.In this sport the swimmer uses his body, arms, legs, feet, breath and etc. in order for him to swim. Through with it we exercised our body but it is not easy to exercise in this sport because we need to balance our body and our breathing so that we can swim.
In swimming sport exercise can improve our muscles because when we make moves in the water we feel our heaviness of our body and that why our muscle improves. It is a best exercise because every moves of our arms, legs, feet and body we release energy and of course it sweated our body.
In this sport exercise we improve not only our muscles but we improve also our stamina, breathing, heart, flexibility and agility. In contrast of other exercise like push-ups, sit-ups, and so on, this exercise is fun. In addition, all the swimming styles/strokes is part of the exercise.

ReplyDeletethis sport is very important in my profession as a mariner because if your going to abandoned the vessel and if you didn't know how to swim you have only 30% chance to survive so make sure if your going to take this course you know how to swim . . ^_^
This is only sports that I wanted to know.Actually I dont know how to swim..
