Marathon is known around the globe and it is a good sport and exercise for us.We can exercise our body in marathon and everybody is welcome to join the marathon even if it is a male or female, adult, aged, young, professional or none-professional.In this exercise we do running, jogging and walking, therefore it is basically in footwork. In this exercise we improve our muscles in our legs, our stamina, speed, breathing and our heart. This exercise also is fun, we meet other people and new friends.
Marathon also lose our stress at work and at school. In addition about this exercise, we improve how to control our self, our speed, our strength, our breathing and so on. Marathon is long way to run, to jog and to walk, controlling our self's speed is most important.
