
In November 4, 2009 all Filipinos around the world will unite again to the near fight of The Philippine people champ Manny "Pacman" Pacquiao vs. Miguel Cotto. Manny Pacquiao is the current WBC Super Fetherweight Champion of the world and The Ring Super Featherweight champion of the world.
This fight will tough because our People Champ will facing Cotto and we know that Cotto is a big man compare to Manny. For now, Manny Pacquiao is in training. His training will be tough, we know that every he had a fight, he will go to another place to train himself.
In his training; punching, shadow fight, jogging, jumping, sit ups, sparing with someone, running and so on... are very important to his body. Through with this training and exercises he improves his skill and ability. Manny Pacquiao has great strength, agility, flexibility, mental awareness, and great body.
