Sport Exercise: Volleyball

Volleyball is also a good sport and also a good exercise for us. Volleyball is fun to play with and to exercise. In this sport, we move our body through jumping, running, and so on.

In Volleyball we exercise our body and improves our muscles, flexibility, awareness, agility, strength and endurance. In this sport, it exercise well our body because it is good in burning fats.

It is fun to play especially with friends. So, we are not the only one who will exercised but also our friends.
