My best sport exercise




Exercise is very important in our body and also in our health. Our body needs exercise to improve our circulation and to burn our fats. We can exercise our body also through playing sports like basketball, soccer, valley ball, karate, taekwondo, tennis, badminton and many more.


In exercising we move our body to improve our muscles just like in push-ups, sit-ups, jogging, jumping and so on. Just like in playing sports, we move our body also and our muscles, we jog, we run, we jump, we move our arms, we move our feet and so on. That’s why I think that playing sports is like we exercised our body or we say it is an exercise. In playing sports our body sweat like when we go to a gym for exercise but the different is we enjoy in playing sports and we enjoy moving our body. We learn more values in life in sports and also in our health especially exercise or workout.

In my own experience about sports exercise is basketball. Basketball is one of the famous sports in earth, in this game we must shoot the ball in the ring. I say it is an exercise because we move our body. In this game, we run, we jog, we jump, then we dribble the ball, we pass the ball to our teammate and we shoot it to the ring. In this sport exercise in our body the basketball improves our endurance, our flexibility, our agility, our strength, our teamwork, strategy and patience.

In the NBA, we can see that the players sweated like faucet when they play basketball. In the world tournament of tennis both players do their moves, and each of them also sweated like a faucet. I think that all sports are good for us people to exercise.

I knew that there are lots of sports that can be a sport exercise. So there is one thing that I want to know more and that is the best sport exercise of all.
