Sport Exercise: Soccer

Soccer is a good sport and also a good exercise for us. In this sport we use our feet to control the ball. It is also an exercise because the most important in this game is running, dribbling, passing and kicking which improves our physical ability.

In this sport, we exercise our body to improve our muscles through moving our body in playing it. Our agility, patience , flexibility and strength will improve also because in this game we do running, dribbling, blocking, passing and controlling the ball.

In this sport exercise, its also exercised our logic mind in solving problems because we think of an strategy in how to win the game. Furthermore, this sport exercises our physical ability and also our mental ability and it is fun to exercised with.
