Sport Exercise: Chess

Chess is one of famous sport on earth and it is one of the oldest sport. In this sport we don't need our body to move but we move only in our mind. In short, it is a mind game and also it is an exercise in our mental ability. In exercising and improving our skill is not only in physical but also in our mind, our mental ability to think.

In Chess we use our mind to play it, and it exercise and improve our ability of thinking in solving logical problems. The exercise of the sport of chess is that, we think what should be the move in the game in order to win it. We exercise our mind in thinking of strategy in the game.

Our mind is the most important part of our body and to improve it we need to exercise it. In this sport exercise, the chess improves our mind to think fast on how we solve problems and how we do to move in our life. Exercising our mind helps us on how to live because we think of what is the best for us.
