Sport Exercise: Boxing

Boxing sport is one of the famous sport around the globe and boxing is good in exercise. In boxing exercise, we don't really want an opponent, we only punch in a punching bag.

In this exercise we do only those basic boxing training like shadow boxing, foot works, punching bags, jogging and other boxing training.
Basically in this exercise we improve our muscles, strength, speed, breath, agility, awareness and strategy.

Boxing exercise also best in losing stress and losing angry with someone by punching the punching bag. But we must have discipline and respect in this sport, we do it only in exercising not to hurt people.
