Sport Exercise: Taekwondo

Taekwondo is an martial arts also it is a good sports and a good exercise also. We can exercise our self in Taekwondo because it is an footwork like kicking and punching using our fist.

In exercising taekwondo we don't really have an opponent to fight with but it is also good if has. In this exercise we use only bags and kicking pad in hitting. Taekwondo improves our speed, our awareness, muscles, mind, agility and flexibility.

Using taekwondo is not to hurt somebody, we use it as an exercise, sport and martial arts. Also, in taekwondo improves our self control and respecting everyone is most important.
