Badminton is a good sport and a good exercise. In this sport we use rocket and a shuttle cock. This kind of sport exercise is that we use our whole body on it, especially in our feet and our arms.In Badminton sport exercise its improves our flexibility, patience, speed, mind and agility. In playing it we move our feet and legs to move everywhere and we move our arms to hold the rocket and hit the shuttle cock.
Playing this sport it exercise and improve our muscles especially in our arms and legs. By moving our body in playing badminton it's also burns our fat. in addition, this sport exercise can be played and exercised by all of ages. Even if you were a kid, adult or aged person, you can play it and you can exercise yourself.
We use lot of energy in playing badminton and it takes good in our health. Also, it is fun to exercised with it and the good thing in exercising this sport is that you can't feel tired because it is fun.
