Stretching before Exercising and before Playing Sports


Stretching before exercising and before playing sports is so important. In Stretching our muscles increased muscle control, flexibility and range of motion.

Stretching is most basic form of exercising our body and also doing it our muscles will adopt any activity. If we exercise our body or if we play sports without stretching, our body will cause body pain.

I had an experience when I play basketball without stretching. When I get home I feel tired and the next day(tomorrow) I can't get up on my bed because of body pain. So I can say that, we must stretch first our body before we do any kind of physical activity.
